Q: How do I upload my photos?

A: Just click “Upload and Edit Photo” on the product page, choose your image, and boom — you’re ready! You can upload right from your phone, camera roll, or computer.

Q: What size are the magnets?

A: Every magnet is 3 inches by 2 inches, landscape or portrait — the perfect “fridge photo” size. Big enough to see your moment clearly, small enough to make a cute little gallery.

Q: How long do the magnets take to make?

A: Most orders are created and packaged within 1–3 business days. 

Q: Are the magnets good quality?

A: Oh YES. They’re bright, smooth, durable, and they stick firmly without sliding. Your memories will stay looking gorgeous for years.

Q: Does it have to be a photo?

A: You can upload any image file. It can be a graphic, business card, personal art, or a meme! 

Q: Do you edit or crop my photos?

A: No, there is an image editor for you to do basic cropping to fit the 3×2 shape and adjust brightness if needed — but I don’t alter or Photoshop your picture. Your moment stays “your moment.”

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Most orders arrive within 3–7 days in the U.S. Most orders ship in adorable purple bubble mailers (happy mail!) for extra protection.

Q: Can I reorder magnets using the same photos later?

A: Yes! Just upload the same photo again to reorder anytime. Photos are deleted from my end after 60 days.
